Mission Statement
To honor the memory of Maria M. Duran, MD, former Secretary-General and Executive Vice-President of the International Society of Dermatology, via the:
- awarding of Maria M. Duran Medals to women leaders in dermatology who have made significant contributions to dermatologic conditions affecting women and children
- support of Maria M. Duran Lectureships at international and regional meetings
- funding of Maria M Duran fellowships for young women dermatologists to attend regional and international meetings
